Gallo is the founder of TALISMAN Cybersecurity, a global advisory firm dedicated to helping governments and institutions worldwide build secure, resilient, and sovereign digital infrastructure. His work sits at the intersection of national cybersecurity strategy, critical infrastructure protection, and digital & data sovereignty.
Before founding his ventures, Gallo earned his stripes in the high-stakes, heavily regulated US banking sector — pairing cybersecurity leadership with a deliberate pursuit of education to fully master his craft in risk, governance, and systemic resilience.
To translate the principle of sovereignty into measurable action, he developed DDSAT — the Digital & Data Sovereignty Assessment Tool — a structured, evidence-based framework that benchmarks an organization’s digital sovereignty posture across 5 pillars, 14 domains, and 84 assessment criteria.
That diagnostic tool raised a deeper question: what happens after the assessment? Recognizing that digital sovereignty is not a moment but a journey — not a snapshot but a continuous state of vigilance — he evolved DDSAT into something far more ambitious: DSIP, the Digital Sovereignty Intelligence Platform. A premier unified platform composed of DDSAT | VSCAN | AISG | DSAT-Live, DSIP transforms what was a point-in-time assessment into a comprehensive, continuous intelligence ecosystem — a sovereign intelligence nerve center for any organization serious about controlling its digital future.
