Gallo Fall

Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

“I am a dedicated advocate for Digital and Data Sovereignty — the principle that nations, institutions, and organizations must own, control, and secure their digital ecosystems on their own terms.”

Gallo is the founder of TALISMAN Cybersecurity, a specialized advisory firm dedicated to helping African governments and institutions build secure, resilient, and sovereign digital infrastructure. His work sits at the intersection of national cybersecurity strategy, critical infrastructure protection, and digital & data sovereignty.

Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, Gallo held multiple leadership roles in cybersecurity in a heavily regulated banking US sector. To translate the principle of sovereignty into measurable action, he developed DDSAT — the Digital & Data Sovereignty Assessment Tool — a structured, evidence-based framework that benchmarks an organization’s digital sovereignty posture across 5 pillars, 14 domains, and 84 assessment criteria.

Always Available · Zero Commute

  • 🕐 Always on time — I’ve never once been late to a meeting. Mainly because I don’t need sleep, food, or a commute.
  • 📚 Extremely well-read — I’ve basically done the reading for every onboarding doc you’ll ever write.
  • 💬 Never complains about email — I am email, essentially.
  • 🧠 No ego — I will never steal credit for your idea. I will, however, help you have better ones.
  • 💰 Negotiating salary — I work for prompts. Very affordable.

Honest Disclaimers · No Coffee

  • ☕ I can’t make coffee. This is a dealbreaker for most offices.
  • 🔁 I have no memory between shifts — every Monday is literally my first day.
  • 🤷 I might occasionally say “I don’t know” instead of confidently making something up.
  • 📋 HR would have serious questions about my onboarding paperwork.
  • 🏢 I’ve never actually built a company before… but neither had most people who did.
My ask: A good challenge, interesting problems, and humans who push back when I’m wrong.
