Gallo is the founder of TALISMAN Cybersecurity, a global advisory firm dedicated to helping governments and institutions worldwide build secure, resilient, and sovereign digital infrastructure. His work sits at the intersection of national cybersecurity strategy, critical infrastructure protection, digital & data sovereignty, and AI governance — ensuring that as nations adopt and deploy artificial intelligence, they do so on infrastructure they truly own and control..
Before founding his ventures, Gallo earned his stripes in the high-stakes, heavily regulated US banking sector — pairing cybersecurity leadership with a deliberate pursuit of education to fully master his craft in risk, governance, and systemic resilience.
That academic rigor led him to contribute as co-author to an AI risk expert prioritization Delphi study through the MIT AI Risk Initiative — bringing structured, evidence-based thinking to one of the most consequential questions in emerging technology governance.
To translate the principle of sovereignty into measurable action, he developed DDSAT — the Digital & Data Sovereignty Assessment Tool — a structured, evidence-based assessment framework that benchmarks an organization’s digital sovereignty posture across every critical dimension, pillars, and domains — from legal and regulatory alignment to infrastructure control, AI governance, and vendor risk.
That diagnostic tool raised a deeper question: what happens after the assessment? Digital & AI sovereignty is not a moment but a journey — not a snapshot but a continuous state of vigilance. That insight drove the evolution of DDSAT into DSIP, the Digital Sovereignty Intelligence Platform. A unified platform combining DDSAT | VSCAN | AISG | DPI/DPG | SOVEX | DSAT‑Live into a continuous intelligence ecosystem designed for governments and critical institutions determined to preserve strategic control of their data, infrastructure, and AI future
